Like other scarecrows, Einstein spent most of his life as a produce protector. The time he spent guarding fruit and vegetables ignited his inner passion for cooking. Einstein now owns a vegetarian restaurant called Stuffed, which prides itself on being the only establishment in town that serves healthy alternatives to sweets and treats.
